About Us

Netlink IT was formed in Birmingham, West Midlands in 1999 by Richard Tubb, an IT contractor who has worked at such large organisations as Ernst & Young, the NHS Information Authority, GE Capital and nPower.

Passionately believing that all organisations, however big or small should be given the opportunity to realise the benefits of using technology, the formation of Netlink was a logical step to enable us to achieve this goal.

Netlink now works nation wide with all manner of organisations ranging from Micro Businesses and “One-Man-Bands”, Small & Medium Sized business, Educational and Charitable organisations, and large corporations - helping them all to use technology to enable their business.

We have dozens of customers who have been working with us for many years. Many are happy for you to contact them to discuss their experiences of working with Netlink, whilst others have generously given testimonials to express their satisfaction at our work.

Certification

Netlink hold a number of awards and vendor certifications, but we pride ourselves on giving impartial, independent advice and support - finding a solution that meets your needs - whatever your problem, budget or situation.

We are a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and welcome enquiries from fellow members.

In 2006, we qualified as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. This means we have demonstrated we understand - and can deal with - the needs of UK small businesses. After passing an advanced technical exam we now have access to support, training and resources from Microsoft.
